Do I have to pay shipping every month?
Shipping is free after you've completed your first order. You are only required to pay shipping for the first month as long as you keep your subscription active.
What is the subscription billing period?
You will be charged a recurring order 30 days from when you place your initial order. Shipments are sent out 2-3 days after a successful payment.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
You can manage your subscription any time in your dashboard under "My Account -> Subscriptions". Your dashboard allows you to cancel, modify, or view your subscription.
If I cancel my subscription and subscribe at a later date, will I be charged for shipping?
Yes, free shipping is only available for active subscriptions. The initial subscription fee requires you to pay shipping.
I've moved since my last charge, how do I change my subscription address?
If you would like to change the address before your next monthly charge, log on to your account and go to "My Account -> Addresses". Your dashboard allows you to edit your billing and shipping address at any time.

Michelle was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and grew up in a blended family of 10 children. She learned about teamwork, being resourceful and always finding a way very early on. She over came being a very sickly child and her extreme fear of the water to realized her dream and competed in the 1988 Seoul Olympics winning an Olympic Gold Medal in Synchronized Swimming.
Michelle is a six time World Champion and swam on the Canadian National team for over ten years. She became the first ever Albertan to win a Summer Olympic Gold Medal, and was inducted into Alberta and Canada’s Sports Halls of Fame, The Canadian Olympic Hall of and International Aquatic Sports Hall of Fame. Michelle was also awarded the prestigious Order of Canada as well as both the Queen Elizabeth II Golden andDiamond Jubilee Medals in recognition of her continued work and contribution to the community.

Born in Toronto, Ontario Canada December 15th 1959. Grew up in London Ontario with 2 brothers, 3 sisters and everyone played hockey.
After a devastating broken leg in hockey at age 15, Doctors recommended a year off sports. Al discovered the sport of volleyball. The game became Al’s passion and it showed as he made the High School team, then the City team followed by the Provincial team and National team. Al is known as the “Iron man of Volleyball” after playing on Team Canada for a record 13 years then competing in high level club volleyball for the next 20 years. Winning over 20 National Championships in Club with Canuck Stuff and FOG
Al holds the World record in any sport for representing ones country for the most international matches. Competing in over 825 international matches for Canada.
