As a busy mom of two who owns her own business and also works a full-time work-from-home gig as the Director of Marketing for The ARTcademy it’s no wonder that my days are usually jam-packed with things to do. From the moment I wake up I’m getting kids ready for school, lunches packed. I usually take my coffee to go and once I step into the office it’s time to get to work until I have to leave to pick my kids up from school. The truth is I wouldn’t change my life for the world. I am living my dream, but in taking on so much there were some growing pains. Learning to balance my busy schedule has been a game changer for me and my family and today I am sharing my 3 tips for a productive day with you!
Start your day on the right side of the bed
Thoughts become things and It’s easy to wake up and instantly read off your to-do list. Instead I set my alarm with a mantra for the day so I’m reminded exactly what tone I want to set. If you have a big meeting coming up the mantra could be, ” I am confident and effective in my ability to communicate”. If you are trying to live a more peaceful life your mantra might be, “I am calm and peaceful in all that I do. I exude peacefulness”. These mantras truly change the tone of the day. It’s a great idea to keep the mantra handy so if your mind starts to wonder you can easily remind yourself that you are in control of your day.
Natural Energy On The Go
Some days I am too busy for coffee, or I don’t have time for the crash. Those are the days I am so thankful I have NeuEnergy. NeuEnergy is natural and you can trust it will give you steady energy and focus when you need it most. Trust me, I’ve been there when your kiddos have kept you up all night and you have a huge work project in the morning. NeuEnergy has never let me down. My favorite part is it’s chew-able so all you do is pop a berry-flavored tab in your mouth, no worries about finding a drink to mix it with. It’s perfect for busy moms! You can get your own on Amazon.

Self-care is a non-negotiable
Even on my busiest days I make time for meditation and self-care. A huge piece of my happiness, peace and ability to help so many people throughout the day stems from this. You have to fill your cup up. Meditation is just one thing that is non-negotiable in my day. Even taking 10 minutes to sit, be still and clear your mind can aid in focus and melt away stress.
These 3 tips are my go-to for my most productive days, which happen to be some of my happiest. What are your tips to the most productive days?
